Pilates & Yoga
Discover the benefits of combining Pilates and Yoga in a session designed to nurture your body, calm your mind, and uplift your spirit — no matter your level of experience. Each class is thoughtfully adapted to your needs, so you can enjoy greater strength, alignment, and well-being.
We begin with 30 minutes of Pilates to energize, awaken, and strengthen your body, followed by 30 minutes of yoga to restore, stretch, and leave you feeling balanced, fresh, and radiant — all accompanied by the soothing sounds of nature.
This experience can be offered as a one-time session or part of a personalized program. You can enjoy it by the sea, in the park, outdoors, at your place, or in a studio — the choice is yours.

Yoga Face & Meditation
Yoga Face combines gentle body postures, facial exercises, and meditation to promote both physical and mental well-being. Each session is personalized to your needs and goals.
We begin with simple body movements to align the upper body, followed by facial acupressure to stimulate circulation. You’ll then learn an anti-aging Yoga Face routine to tone facial muscles, improve skin glow, and boost dopamine levels for enhanced mood and vitality. We end with a short meditation, leaving you feeling radiant, relaxed, and refreshed.

Barre at the Beach
You don’t need any prior experience to enjoy this dynamic Barre & Yoga class, designed to boost your strength, balance, and well-being. I’ll adapt the exercises to your level, so you feel confident and energized.
We begin with 45 minutes of Barre Balance to tone your body and improve posture, set to an inspiring world music playlist. Afterwards, we’ll walk to a grassy area for 15 minutes of yoga and Pilates to work your core, stretch, and calm your mind.
This uplifting session takes place at the beach near Hotel W, Barcelona — combining movement, the sound of the waves, and sea air for a complete body and mind reset.

Whether it’s for you as an individual, a group, or a team, every experience will be thoughtfully designed and tailor-made to meet your specific needs.
