Collage Therapy for a vision board
Welcome to our empowering experience that combines positive affirmations and intuitive collage therapy. We believe that positive thinking is a powerful tool for creating a more fulfilling life, and our unique approach combines the power of positive affirmations with creative visualization using your own artwork.
We will guide you through the process of intuitive collage therapy, which is both accessible and beautiful. It involves cutting out, gluing, and assembling various images to create a brand new picture. Our experienced guide will help you calm your mind and choose imagery that speaks to your heart.
Through collage therapy, you can open your conscious mind to insights and new ways of looking at your life. The process involves free-associative choosing of imagery, colors, and words that reflect your unconscious thoughts and emotions. This can help bypass your censoring mind and surprise you with new information about your inner life.
Our experience provides a "symbolic release" of emotions, even if you are not yet conscious of what they are. It also expresses the various aspects of your personality in visual form, helping you understand, organize, and sort out your "inner landscape."
At the end of the experience, you will have your own collage vision board, which will help set your intentions, foster motivation, and promote focus. Your vision board will clarify what you need and want in your life, and serve as a visual reminder of your goals.
