Yoga Face & Meditation + sound healing

Face Yoga is a unique blend of yoga-like body postures and facial exercises that promote both physical and mental wellbeing. This personalized class is designed to meet your individual needs and goals.

During the class, we will start with some body yoga exercises to warm up and align your upper body. Then, I will teach you facial acupressure techniques to activate the circulation of your face. We will follow with anti-aging Yoga Face series to relax and tone your facial muscles, improving blood and oxygen flow to the face, allowing nutrients to reach the top layer of the skin. Additionally, practicing Yoga Face exercises can boost dopamine levels, enhancing mental health. We will finish the session with a 7-minute meditation, leaving you feeling rejuvenated, and blissful with a big glowing smile on your face.

Welcome to our empowering experience that combines positive affirmations and intuitive collage therapy. We believe that positive thinking is a powerful tool for creating a more fulfilling life, and our unique approach combines the power of positive affirmations with creative visualization using your own artwork.

We will guide you through the process of intuitive collage therapy, which is both accessible and beautiful. It involves cutting out, gluing, and assembling various images to create a brand new picture. Our experienced guide will help you calm your mind and choose imagery that speaks to your heart.

Through collage therapy, you can open your conscious mind to insights and new ways of looking at your life. The process involves free-associative choosing of imagery, colors, and words that reflect your unconscious thoughts and emotions. This can help bypass your censoring mind and surprise you with new information about your inner life.

Our experience provides a "symbolic release" of emotions, even if you are not yet conscious of what they are. It also expresses the various aspects of your personality in visual form, helping you understand, organize, and sort out your "inner landscape."

At the end of the experience, you will have your own collage vision board, which will help set your intentions, foster motivation, and promote focus. Your vision board will clarify what you need and want in your life, and serve as a visual reminder of your goals.

Barre & Yoga at the beach Barcelona

You don't need any prior experience in Barre or Ballet fit to join this dynamic contemporary class, and I will make sure to adapt the exercises to your level and needs. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, you'll enjoy an effective cardio, strength, and restorative session at the beach.

Our session will begin with Barre Balance to warm up, establish alignment, and strengthen your body. The playlist will feature a combination of world music to keep you motivated and energized (45 minutes).

After this part, we'll take a short walk to a grassy area to finish the session with some yoga and Pilates. We'll focus on working out the core, stretching, and relaxing your mind and body (15 minutes).
